This manual metal strapping series is designed for heavy-duty use with metal straps, ideal for securing heavy loads such as pallets, timber, logs, and bricks.
The tensioner is designed to work with Metal/Steel straps (width 16-19mm), not for the light duty plastic, PET or PP strap.
The metal strap should have a width range 16-19mm, and max thickness of 1mm.
The sealer/crimper cut notches on both sides of the clips (together with the strap) by great force to lock the tension and seal the ends. Therefore, the clips must not be too thick; our default clips have a material thickness of 0.5mm
The strap and the sealer are not included.
