Q. Where can I get parts for the item I purchased?
A. You can get directly from us, we have a huge range of spare parts.

Q. How will I receive the tax invoice?
A. You will need to send us a message requesting a tax invoice, and we will send it to your email.

Q. I have not received any response to my message from you. Can you give me a reason?
A. We usually reply to messages within 24 business hours of receiving a message.

Q. The item I purchased is not working how do I contact you?
A. Please contact us and send us your details and invoice number, we will respond to you within 24 business hours.

Q. What are the options for methods payment?
A. PayPal, Bank Transfer, visa or master card.

Q. Can I pick the item?
A. Yes, we allow pickups. Our warehouse location is 8 Ailsa Street, Box Hill South, VIC.

Q. Is there a showroom or a store where I can actually see the product?
A. Currently, we simply deliver items from our warehouse to your address. However, we have a showroom in
Melbourne where some products are displayed. Just contact us if you need further information in this regard.
