ozanda.com.au understands how important it is to keep all of our customers’ personal information private and safe. When you create an account at ozanda.com.au, we ask you for personal information. We use this information to process your orders and to communicate with you about the status of your orders. We also use your email address to send you newsletters IF you choose to subscribe yourself during registration. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personally identifying information to third parties under any circumstances.

Membership registration

Products on the website and information

All product photos and materials are created by ozanda.com.au or supplied by our contracted factories, manufacturers and our suppliers. We display and present the products as accurately as possible on our website. However, ozanda.com.au cannot guarantee the listed products on our website will look 100% as same as the actual products due to technical limitations of photography and visual representation.

Trading terms

  1. All prices listed on “ozanda.com.au” are in Australian dollars.
  2. All product prices on “ozanda.com.au” are subject to alteration without prior notice
  3. All product prices on “ozanda.com.au” are GST and freight EXCLUSIVE.
  4. All products will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days after order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. (special circumstance refers to the product description)
  5. We cannot guarantee the delivery time and any delay of product transit.
  6. For the “Pre-Order” items listed on ozanda.com.au, they are NON-REFUNDABLE after purchased unless the products are damaged or not in working order.

Purchase order procedures

  1. Customers are welcome to browse our website and select their suitable products and click “ADD TO CART” or “Order now” button to purchase.
  2. Click “Check Out” and select your payment methods. Please note it’s your responsibility to check the products dimensions, method of usage and installation, material of the products, features of the products etc before making payment (Check Out).
  3. A payment web page will give you guidelines to assist you for payment procedures. Once payment has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  4. We will then dispatch the product within per listed turn around time after order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Payment Method

  1. We accept PayPal, credit card, direct debit or cheque.
  2. Payment via credit card: We only accept Visa and MasterCard.
  3. A payment web page will give you guidelines to assist you for payment procedures. Once payment has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  4. Payment via direct debit: please email receipt of transfer to:[email protected] Payment via cheque (not recommended): we will only process the order after the cheque has been cleared. This will delay the product delivery.

Freight costs, shipping and delivery time frames

  1. Postage is vary from product to product, so please refer to the product page for the exactly charge of delivery for each item.
  2. Delivery rates are based on estimate freight cost to metro area of major cities such as, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra. For other locations postage are subject to alternation, all rates are GST exclusive. Customers should always confirm the freight charge with us if they unsure about this.
  3. Orders do not require printing are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  4. Products which involve printing or additional customised service will require a lead time before dispatching. These are generally dispatched within 3-7 days after artwork is approved and payment is confirmed. Orders with longer leading time are clearly stated in the product pages. Urgent order, please contact our sales representatives for quote on additional charge and an accurate delivery time frame and freight cost.

Delivery

  1. If the customer uses their own courier service ozanda cannot guarantee any damage to the goods whilst in transit. If the goods are delivered by Ozanda’s courier company any damage in transit will be covered by warranty but only if the damage is reported within 7 days if receipt of order.
  2. Ozanda.com.au has contracted courier team to provide delivery services. Standard Australia national delivery rates are listed clearly on the website and from the shopping cart. Delivery charges are listed clearly on the payment invoice from our website.
  3. Delivery charges are dependent on individual items. Usually based on the product size, product weight, quantity of products and the order is to be delivered. Freight / charge will be calculated, and you will be advised of their freight / charge amount before you agree, submit your purchase order and making any payment.
  4. The standard Australia national delivery rates which are listed on our website are based on maximum weight of 10kg per each purchase order.
  5. Delivery rates are subject to alteration, all rates are GST exclusive on our website.
  6. Clients have the full responsibility to confirm the delivery address on invoice is correct and it is a commercial location. (Residential address may cause additional charge)
  7. Ozanda is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damages of items due to changes of delivery address after confirmation of the order (or checkout) or mistakes made by customers.
  8. Delivery is carried out during business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays.
    Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
  9. Clients are fully responsible for any damages or losses of ATL (authorized to leave) parcels.
  10. Re-delivery fee will be charged for parcels undelivered and/or returned to Ozanda due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.
  11. Shipment on pallet will require a forklift on site for unloading, additional cost may occur if forklift is not available.

Receipt of products

  1. Inspect all boxes, packaging & products. You should notify us immediately, within 7 days of delivery of the order if you find any damage.
  2. Take detailed photographs of the damaged products and send the photos to: [email protected].
  3. Keep all boxes and packing materials and re-pack the products as what they were received / original packaging.

Pick up

  1. Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our warehouse. Our warehouse address: Factory 5, 71 Strezlecki Ave Sunshine West VIC 3020 Australia. Pre-appointment required for product collection.
  2. Customers / Drivers are required to present a valid tax invoice when picking up their products. We cannot release the products if this information cannot be provided by our customers.
  3. We recommend our customers / courier drivers to check their products prior to leaving our dispatch. Product damage claims and quantity discrepancies will not be accepted once the products have left our warehouse.
  4. Clients will need to provide a written authorization if it is a third-party collection.
  5. Warehouse storage fee will be applied @$10+gst/day if your order is not collected within 45 days of the 1st collection notice.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Please note that it’s our customers’ responsibility to check the products dimensions, method of usage and installation, material of the products, features of the products before making payment. We strongly recommend our customers choose and check your order carefully before purchasing. ozanda.com.au is not obliged to provide refunds for “change of mind” reasons or reasons of customers purchasing error. It’s our customers” responsibility to double check that the products are suitable for the purposes of your usage, unless:
  2. The product reserves its original packaging; the product is unopened, in as new and saleable condition and is current stock / product line. ozanda.com.au may accept such returns. However, the customers will be responsible for the cost of postage to return such product. Where ozanda.com.au accepts a return product for “change of mind reason”, we may charge our customers administration and returning product fees at minimum charge of $50 or 10% of the order value, which is higher.
  3. Our customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a product damage or a “major failure” only if the product fails to be an acceptable quality. However, it is only entitled if the damage is reported within 7 days if receipt of order.
  4. Product replacement cannot be entitled if our current product is not available, or the product line has been ended.
  5. Ozanda.com.au makes effort but does not guarantee, to process refund and replacement within 30 days of receipt by us of the returned product.

Online security

  1. In order to ensure overall security, ozanda.com.au has installed electronic and management procedures.
  2. It is your responsibility to assure the confidentiality of your member ID and password.
  3. Report to us promptly any suspicious act that you identify.
  4. Ozanda.com.au will take reasonable steps to ensure your online security. However, as the internet is sometimes unreliable and may be interrupted by unidentified harm, it is impossible for us to guarantee complete safety. Hence, we are not responsible for any kind of loss as a consequence of failure in online security.

Information and content upload onto the Website

  1. No information or material uploaded should be unlawful, defamatory, libellous, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of other’s privacy, race, ethnics, harassment or stalk.
  2. No information or material uploaded should violate or infringe trademark, copyright or any type of rights similar.
  3. Users are not allowed to upload unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters or anything that we consider as inappropriate.
  4. Ozanda.com.au will remove anything that we consider as inappropriate, without prior notice.
